Özet

In this work, we examined the influence of flow rate on the characteristics of ZnS thin films sprayed onto glass substrates at a constant temperature by a spray pyrolysis method. A deposition was carried out for different flow rate. The structural properties using the X-ray diffraction (XRD) shows an influence on the crystalline quality. The optical measurement with a UV-Visible spectrophotometer represents the semi-conductor properties of ZnS with an optical band gap that varies with the variation of the flow rate from 3.06 to 3.62 eV.
