Özet

Effective atomic numbers of V2O3, VO2, VF3, NH4 VO3, VF4, NiF2, NiCl2, NiF(2)4H(2)O, NiCl(2)6H(2)O, Ni(ClO4)(2) 6H(2)O were measured in the X-ray energy range 15.746-40.930 keV using an Si(Li) detector. The measured values are compared with the theoretical ones calculated using WinXcom. (C) 2003 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
