Özet

Bu çalışmamızda biz, Adonis‟in şiirlerinde tarihsel sorgulamayı irdeleyip onun, şiirlerinde hem geçmişte hem de bugünkü Arap ve İslam tarihine karşı eleştirel bir tutum takındığını açıklamaya çalıştık. Bu bağlamda şair, geçmişte yaşanan ve günümüzde yaşanmakta olan kanlı savaşların İslam toplumunun ve Müslüman yöneticilerin yanlış öngörülerinden kaynaklandığını düşünmektedir. Ancak şair yine de Arap toplumunun, bir gün eski şaşalı günlerine döneceği hususunda umutludur.

In this article, we tried to explain the historical inquiry of Adonis in his poems and we observed that he was playing a critical approach about Arabic and Islamic history in the past. In the present he is critizing the Islamic society and managers. Because, he believes that the bloody wars experienced in the past, experiences due to the false predictions of the Islamic society. But the poet is still hopeful that the Arab community would catch up one day its old flamboyant days.
