Abstract
With the development of technology, internet access has become widespread in almost every field, and
the use and screen times of young people such as smartphones, tablets, and computers have increased
day by day. To prevent the spread of the disease in the COVID-19 Pandemic, the relocation of face-toface
education with online has resulted in students being on screen for longer than ever before. It is
increasingly understood that being in front of the screen for a long time has many harmful effects and
this situation is treated as a global health problem.
One of the negative effects caused by screen use is a headache. In this study, it is aimed to discuss the
effects of screen use on headaches in young people with literature.
