Copyright © 2019 by Türkiye KlinikleriIn some dermatological diseases, especially psoriasis, the appearance of specific lesions in the skin after trauma is called Koebner phenomenon. Psoriasis, vitiligo and lichen are the most related diseases with the phenomenon. The reverse Koebner phenomenon is the nonappearance or disappearance of the lesions of particular dermatoses at the site of injury. While the Koebner phenomenon is frequently encountered, very few reverse Koebner phenomenon have been reported in the literature. For this reason, we present the patient with erythrodermic psoriasis which we observed as reverse Koebner phenomenon.
