Özet

The main purpose of this study is to examine the role of self-efficacy of the employees on their nepotism perception on organizational silence. For this purpose, this study contributes to the conceptual frameworks of nepotism, organizational silence and self-efficacy by considering these variables and examining the mediating role of self-efficacy.
