Özet

new concept for a more organic facial analysis was developed and called it the facial flow (FF) concept. This novel concept generated a new vertical reference curve, that connects 

the glabella, nose bridge, philtrum, and chin for a facially driven smile design. There is no information available on how smiles oriented to different sides of the FFC affect their esthetic perception. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect different orientations of smiles according to the FF concept on the smile esthetic perceptionThe null hypothesis of this study was that there would be no statistically significant difference in the esthetic perception of laypeople
