Özet

The Coster-Kronig yields, f(23), were measured for Er, Yb and Hf using a Si(Li) detector employing the double reflection geometry set up. The results (0.159 +/- 0.012, 0.149 +/- 0.013 and 0.138 +/- 0.010, respectively) are in good agreement with the theoretically predicted values.
