Biyografi

Dr. Kırbaş graduated from Fırat University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. In 2009, he graduated from Fırat University Health Sciences Institute, Department of Veterinary Internal Medicine Doctorate program and received the title of "Doctor of Internal Medicine". In October 2018, he was appointed as Associate Professor, Department of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Department of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Atatürk University. In January 2020, he was appointed as Associate Professor of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Department of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Yozgat Bozok University. In February 2023, he was appointed as Associate Professor of Veterinary Internal Medicine, Department of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Atatürk University. Dr. Kırbaş served as Deputy Dean of Yozgat Bozok University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine between 2020-2023. He has many published articles in international and national journals. He is members of the editorial boards of journals scanned in international indexes [BMC Veterinary Research (Q1), Frontiers in Veterinary Science (Q1)]. He served as the "Translation Editor" in the Turkish translation of important reference books in the field, namely Cattle Medicine, Small Animal Fluid Therapy, Acid-Base and Electrolyte Disorders and Taylor's Small Animal Clinical Techniques. In the WEB OF SCIENCE database, the H index is observed as 12 with 470 citations. Dr. Kırbaş's areas of interest include diagnostic markers in infectious diseases, cardio-renal markers, ruminant respiratory system diseases, metabolic diseases, acute phase reactants in the diagnosis of diseases and oxidative metabolism markers.
