Biyografi
Professor Abd El-Aty is a Professor of Pharmacology, Cairo University, Egypt and currently (from Nov 2019 to date) appointed as a high-level foreign talent Professor, State Key Laboratory of Biobased Material and Green Papermaking, College of Food Science and Engineering, Qilu University of Technology, Shandong Academy of Science, Jinan and a Foreign Professor at Pharmacology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Ataturk University, Erzurum, Turkey (from Jan 2018 – to date). From 2013 till Jan 2018, he was a Brain Pool fellow in Chonnam National University, Gwangju and a Foreign Professor at Konkuk University, Seoul, Republic of Korea. His era of interest is “Food Science and Technology”; in particular, xenobiotic analysis using various extractions as well as analytical methods. He published > 305 articles in prestigious journals, with current h-index= 31. At the Editorial level, he is the EIC of Lipids in Health and Disease (IF = 2.906), was the Managing Editor for Journal of Advanced Research (IF = 6.992) for the last 10 years and currently one the journal Associate Editor; Academic Editor – PLOS ONE (IF = 2.740); Associate Editor – Frontiers in Nutrition – Food Chemistry Section (IF = 3.365; Advisory board member of Biomedical Chromatography and Separation Science Plus. He is also a member of the 2017 – 2021 Expert. Roster of the Joint (FAO/WHO) Expert Committee on Food Additives
