Abstract:

The aim of the this research is to analyze the relationship of employee empowerment perceptions of the workers of the provincial directorate of youth services and sport staff by comparing different variances. The population of the study is consist of about 1000 employes chosen randomly from Ardahan, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Hakkari, Kars, Tunceli, and Van Provincial Directorate of youth services and sport staff in the Eastern Anatolia Region.
