Abstract:

In this study, Unica Zürn's "Jasmine Man'' is analysed psychoanalytically. With this study, we have tried to examine the work of Unica Zürn, whose two works are published in Turkish today; who is the subject of studies with her gender, life, environment, personality, relationships and her works; and who is generally known as a surrealist German writer and artist, from the psychoanalytic point of view of her work "Jasmine Man'', in which she conveys the schizophrenia, chaos and confusion as it is This research consists of three parts. In the introduction section, brief information about Zürn and her work is given and the thesis is presented. In the first part Unica Zürn and her life are discussed, and in the second part Unica Zürn's work "Jasmine Man" is summarized, and the third part the psychoanalytic examination of the work "Jasmine Man" are discussed.
