Abstract:

Theaim of thisstudyistoinvestigatethewintersportsfacilityrecognitionandawarenesslevels of Universitystudents in Ardahan University on thebasis of Ardahan yalnızçamwintertourismcenter. Thestudyconsists of 629 studentstotallyandconstitutes 295 womenand 334 men, whohavebeengettingeducation in variousfacultieandvocationalschools at Ardahan Universityduring 2019-2020 academicyear. Thesamplegroup. Itconsists 86 studentsfromthedepartment of PhysicalEducationand Sports Teaching, 135 studentsfromthedepartment of Sports Management, 24 fromtheTourismdepartment, 127 fromtheHistorydepartment, 81 fromthedepartment of Geography,and 119 fromthedepartment of FineArts. SPSS 21.0 program wasusedtoanalyzedatacollected in theresearch. Intheanalysis of researchdata, descriptivestatics, arithmeticmean, frequency, Standard deviationandpercentagevalueswereexamined. It is concludedthatthe general awarenesslevel of universitystudentsaboutwintersports has a moderatepositiveeffect on theirperception of recognitionbywintertourismcenter.
