Abstract:

the Relationship Between the Quality of Life of Pregnant Women and Prenatal Attachment Levels Aim: The study was conducted to examine the relationship between the quality of life of pregnant women and their prenatal attachment levels. Material and method: The study was conducted as a descriptive and correlational study. The study was conducted with 400 pregnant women who met the study criteria between May 2024 and October 2024 at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Outpatient Clinic of Erzurum City Hospital, affiliated with the Erzurum Provincial Health Directorate. Data were collected using a Personal Information Form, the Pregnancy Quality of Life Scale (QOLS), and the Prenatal Attachment Inventory (PAI). T-test, analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. Results: A significant positive correlation was found between the total score of the Prenatal Attachment Inventory and the quality of life during pregnancy. The PBE was also found to be significantly correlated with the quality of life during pregnancy.
