The International Congress titled "ISLAM IN ART, ART IN ISLAM," jointly organized by Atatürk University's Faculty of Fine Arts and the Research Center for Islamic History, Art, and Culture (IRCICA), will take place from October 15-17, 2025. The congress, planned to be held in person and online, will feature Turkish, English, and Arabic presentations, with the in-person presentations hosted by Atatürk University's Faculty of Fine Arts. Our aim is to examine the relationship between art and Islam within the context of historical, cultural, sociological, philosophical, and aesthetic fields through distinguished and important figures in the field ; specifically , to create a scholarly platform for examining the relationship between art and Islam in the contemporary world. Academics, graduate students, and anyone interested in the subject from all national and international institutions and organizations are invited to the congress, which we believe will directly contribute to the fields of social sciences, basic sciences, and fine arts. Papers accepted by the scientific committee and approved by the selection committee will be published in English and Turkish in a prestigious book (Congress Selection Book) by IRCICA Publications.
