| 1. To obtain high-resolution 3D images of gill and liver tissues from Capoeta capoeta using synchrotron-based phase-contrast micro-CT. 2. To quantify tissue integrity loss through computational image analysis (e.g., volumetric fraction of necrosis, lamellar angle changes, sinusoidal space measurements). 4.
