Abstract

The study was aimed to examine the motivational climate perceived in sports of athletes who participated in the Turkish Curling Championship held in Erzurum. The research consisted of two parts of the survey technique. Questions asked about the demographic characteristics of participants and the motivational climate scale perceived in sports. The scale consists of 2 sub-dimensions and 21 items, including a mastery-oriented and performance-oriented motive climate. Data collection tools were filled by 94 athletes (45 men/49 women), who participated in the Turkish Curling Championship held in Erzurum in 2019.
