Özet

In this research, the fruits of Haclhaliloglu, Kabaasl and Sogancl cvs. were harvested at the periods as very early, early, normal and late. SO2 content of dry fruit decreased from the first to the fourth harvest period. When comparing the first and late harvest, the increase of fruit weight, volume and dry matter accumulation in cultivars ranged between 19.56-38.28 %, 18.79-30.55% and 90-92% respectively. On the other hand, the decrease of the flesh firmness and the number of dried fruits/kg ranged between 2.7-8.4% and 38.47-58.88%, respectively.
