Özet

The effects of compost added bacteria, organic fertilizer and their mixtures on yield and quality in Agaricus bisporus were investigated. Standard (ST, Control), ST + B (Bacterial strains; Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus megatorium), ST + OF (Organic fertilizer) and ST + OF + B media were used for mushroom growing. According to the results, while the highest total yield (1167.28 g/8 kg bag, 1084.19 g/8 kg bag) were obtained from ST + OF and ST OF + B media, respectively, the lowest yield (923.82 g/8kg bag) was determined in ST media. The highest value of mushroom weight, cap diameter, length and weight, mushroom stem diameter and weight were reported in ST + OF + B media. There were no statistical differences among the media investigated in terms of mushroom stem length, dry matter (%), pH, ash amount, N and protein in dry matter. Mineral matter contents were different based on the media. While the highest protein ratio (5.63 mg/g) in fresh mushroom was determined in ST + OF media, the lowest (5.37 mg/g) was in ST.
