Özet

ln this research, the effect of Mandala Activities in decreasing the test anxiety in university students is investigated through an experimental study. The work group of the research is consisted of 40 students, 20 as experimental group and 20 as control group, from dlfferent departments and different classrooms in Ataturk University. Spilberger Test Anxiety inventory is applied to all the students as pre-test and post-test. The experimental group was made to do Mandala Activitles through reed music for 8 weeks, 2 hours a day, 1 day a week. Control group was made to listen to reed music for 8 weeks, 1 day a week, an hour a day. The results of the research data analysis show that the test anxiety has decreased much more in the experimental group than the control group.
