Özet
This study analyzed the effects of lead toxicity on some antioxidant enzyme activities and histopathological positions of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). It was determined in rainbow trout liver, kidney and muscle exposed to sublethal concentrations (0.18 and 0.35 mg/L for 21 days) of exposure. Thirty adult fish have been used in 3 groups with 10 fish each, and 2 groups have been exposed to concentrations of 0.18 and 0.35 mg/L.
