Abstract

BACKGROUND: This study aimed to determine the energy contributions of alactic (PCr_w), glycolytic (GLY_w), and aerobic (AER_w) system during 6-second single sprint effort (6_SSE), 60-second single maximal exercise (60_SME), and 10x6-second repeated sprint exercise with 30-second rest intervals (10x6_RSE); and to compare performance and physiological responses.
