Erzurum is designed as a building on the Pazaryolu main access road, at a dominant point overlooking the valley, on the road where both passengers can rest and the people of Pazaryolu and its immediate surroundings can use it as a social facility. While the building includes cafes-restaurants and indoor spaces for the sale of local products, it also includes rich semi-open and open spaces with a two-level viewing terrace and different viewing and resting areas here.
