bilimdir. Bitki Biyokimyası Dersinin amacı, öğrencilere bitki yapısını
oluşturan biyomolekülleri kimyasal ve biyolojik perspektifte tanıtmak,
biyomoleküllerin sentez ve yıkım yollarını öğretmek, bitki yapısındaki
metabolizmanın işleyiş mekanizmasını ve bitkisel organizmada hücre-doku-organ
seviyesinde bütünlüğün nasıl sağlandığını öğretmektir.
Biochemistry is an important science that examines
the structure and functioning functions of the living organism within the framework
of chemical principles and at the molecular level. The aim of the Plant
Biochemistry Course is to introduce the students to the biomolecules that make
up the plant structure from a chemical and biological perspective, to teach the
synthesis and destruction methods of biomolecules, and to teach the functioning
mechanism of the metabolism in the plant structure and how the integrity is
achieved at the cell tissue-organ level in the plants.
