olarak tanımlanır. Öğrencilere, bitkiler arası kimyasal etkileşimin fizyolojik
ve biyokimyasal prensiplerini öğretmek, bu etkileşimde rol alan bileşikleri
tanıtmak, allelokimyasal maddelerin ekosistemde ve zirai alanlarda önemini
kavratmak ve allelokimyasal bileşiklerin izolasyon metotlarını göstermek. Mantarlar,
bakteriler ve bitkiler gibi belirli organizmalar, diğer organizmaların

Allelopathy is defined as the positive or negative interaction between plants,
fungi or microorganisms. The aim is to teach the students the physiological and
biochemical principles of chemical interaction between plants, to introduce the
compounds involved in this interaction, to teach the importance of allelochemical
substances in ecosystems and agricultural fields, and to show the isolation
methods of allelochemical compounds. Certain organisms such as fungi, bacteria,
and plants produce substances that inhibit/stimulate the growth of other
organisms; that is, they use allelopathy to further their success at the
expense of potential rivals.
