Nowadays, with the evolving technology, the number of people shopping on e-commerce websites is increasing day by day. With this increasing demand, the competition between e-commerce websites has also intensified. In this competitive environment, the companies that fulfill consumer wants and needs most accurately and quickly will be one step ahead of the rest. The only factor that will ensure a competitive environment is Industry 4.0 applications. This paper discusses the evaluation and ranking of various e-commerce websites based in Türkiye that have integrated Industry 4.0 applications into their systems. In the study, the analysis is performed based on spherical fuzzy numbers and the spherical fuzzy multiplication model is discussed.
