Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) of the scalp is an uncommon condition. Clinical manifestations usually include local pain, pulsatile mass, headache, numbness, tinnitus; and less frequently, necrosis and hemorrhage. This study discusses and illustrates an unusual case of AVM in scalp with its radiologic appearance and clinical features.
