Araştırma Koroner Yoğun Bakim Ünitesinde yatan
hastaların deneyimleri ve bunları etkileyen faktörlerin
belirlenmesi amacıyla Haziran 2018-Ocak 2020
tarihleri arasında bir üniversite hastanesinin Koroner
Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırma
evreni ilgili ünitede tedavi ve bakım hizmeti alan
hastalar oluşturmuş, örneklemine ise araştırmaya
alınma kriterlerine uyan 166 hasta alınmıştır.
Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında, hasta tanıtım
formu, “Yoğun Bakım Deneyim Ölçeği” ve “Hastane
Anksiyete ve Depresyon Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır.
Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin analizinde SPSS 21
paket programı kullanılmıştır.
Hastaların “Yoğun Bakım Deneyim Ölçeği” ve
ölçek alt boyutlarından aldıkları puan ortalamaları
incelendiğinde “Çevrenin Farkında Olma”
17,95±3,20, “Yaşanan Kötümser Deneyimler”
17,75±1,59, “Yaşanan Deneyimlerin Hatırlanması”
11,16±4,23, “Alınan Bakımdan Memnuniyet”
10,13±2,71 ve ölçek toplamında 57,01±6,45 puan
aldıkları saptanmıştır. Hastalar “Hastane Anksiyete ve
Depresyon Ölçeği” nin anksiyete alt boyutundan
8,72±4,59, depresyon alt boyutundan 7,17±3,15 puan
almıştır.
Araştırma sonucunda kroner yoğun bakım
hastalarının orta düzeyde olumsuz deneyime sahip
olduğu ve anksiyete ve depresyon düzeylerinin ise
düşük olduğu belirlendi.

The aim of this study was to determine the experiences of the patients hospitalized in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit and the factors affecting them the Coronary Intensive Care Unit of a university hospital between June 2018 and January 2020. The population of the research consisted of patients receiving treatment and care services in the relevant unit, and 166 patients were included in the sample, meeting the inclusion criteria. In the collection of research data, the questionnaire form prepared by the researcher in line with the relevant literature, "Intensive Care Experience Scale" and "Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale" were used. The data obtained from the research were analysed in SPSS 21 package program. When the mean scores of the patients on the "Intensive Care Experience Scale" and the scale's subdimensions were examined, "Awareness of the Environment" 17.95±3.20, "Pessistic Experiences" 17.75±1.59, "Remembering Experiences" 11.16±4.23, "Satisfaction with Care Received" 10.13±2.71 and it was determined that they got 57.01±6.45 points in total on the scale. The patients scored 8.72±4.59 points from the anxiety sub-dimension and 7.17±3.15 points from the depression sub-dimension of the “Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale”. As a result of the research, it was determined that intensive care patients had moderate negative experiences, and their anxiety and depression levels were low.
