TiO2, which is a very important material in photovoltaic applications. In the past decade, the fabrication of TiO2 nanostructures by electrochemical anodization of titanium, which titanium foil was used as a substrate, was investigated by many researchers and the cathodic deposition of TiO2 was available only at a limited studies. In this study, TiO2-ERGO nanocomposite electrodes were directly deposited on the FTO electrode surface using cathodic electrodeposition technique. Electrochemical deposition of TiO2-ERGO was performed at a constant potential from the mixed solution of GO and TiOSO4 solutions on the FTO electrode. Simultaneous electroreduction of GO and TiOSO4 yielded TiO2/ERGO composit structures. Characterization of this composite material was investigated using XRD, XPS, SEM and EDS techniques. The characterization process showed that the composite structure could be successfully synthesized by electrochemical technique.
