2nd International Congress on Semiconductor Materials and Devices (ICSMD-2018) was held in Ardahan, Turkey, at Ardahan University between the 28th and 30th of August 2018. The main aim of the congress was to bring together researchers from both academic and industrial community, working in the field of semiconductor science and technology, and to promote the exchange of their ideas and results, as well as to foster collaboration between them.
