Madde Kaybı Fazla Olan Posterior Dişlerin CAD-CAM Sistemler ile Hasta Başı, Tek Seansta Restorasyonu: 4 Olgu Sunumu

ÖZET

Amaç: Bu olgu sunumunun amacı; endodontik tedavi görmüş, aşırı madde kaybı olan 4 posterior dişin CAD-CAM sistem ile estetik ve fonksiyonel restorasyon uygulamalarını anlat- maktır.

Yöntem: Posterior dişlerinde madde kaybı bulunan 4 hasta, fonksiyon ve estetik şika- yetleri ile kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Hastalardan tıbbi ve dental anamnez alındıktan sonra klinik muayeneleri yapılmış ve ilgili dişlerin bilgisayar destekli indirekt restorasyonlar ile rehabilitas- yonuna karar verilmiştir. Hastalara; konservatif ve tek seansta tamamlanabilir olması nedeniyle CAD-CAM destekli indirekt restorasyon seçeneği sunulmuş, hastalar tarafından kabul edilmiştir. Tüm restorasyonlar, monokromatik feldspatik seramik bloklardan elde edilmiş ve sonrasında res- torasyonlar dual cure adeziv rezin bir siman ile yapıştırılmıştır.

Bulgular: Tedavi gören 4 hasta, tedavinin tek seansta konforlu bir şekilde tamamlan- ması, tedavi süresince ağrı duymamaları sebebiyle sonuçtan memnun kalmışlardır. Hastalar 1 hafta sonraki kontrollerinde de herhangi bir şikayet belirtmemişlerdir.

Sonuç: Sonuç olarak, direkt yöntem ile restore edilmesi zor olan madde kaybı fazla olan kanal tedavili dişlerin, tek seansta, konvansiyonel ölçü gereksinimi olmadan, daha az madde kaybı ile restore edilmesini sağlayan CAD-CAM sistemlerinin; geleneksel kronlara kıyasla daha konservatif bir tedavi yaklaşımı olduğu söylenebilir.

ABSTRACT

Purpose: This case report; The aim of this study is to explain the aesthetic and fun- ctional restoration applications of 4 posterior teeth with excessive substance loss, which have received endodontic treatment, with the CAD-CAM system.

Method: 4 patients with loss of substance in their posterior teeth applied to our clinic with functional and aesthetic complaints. After taking medical and dental anamnesis from the patients, clinical examinations were made and it was decided to rehabilitate the related teeth with computer-assisted indirect restorations. To the patients; Since it is conservative and can be comp- leted in a single session, the CAD-CAM supported indirect restoration option was offered and accepted by the patients. All restorations were obtained from monochromatic feldspathic ceramic blocks and then bonded with a dual cure adhesive resin cement.

Results: 4 patients who were treated were satisfied with the result, as the treatment was completed comfortably in a single session and they did not feel pain during the treatment. The patients did not report any complaints in their follow-ups 1 week later.

Conclusion: As a result, CAD-CAM systems, which allow the restoration of root canal treated teeth with material loss, which are difficult to restore with the direct method, in a single session, without the need for conventional impressions, with less material loss; It can be said that it is a more conservative treatment approach compared to traditional crowns.
