In today's economy, increasing trade between countries can be more profitable for them. The factors that can lead to increased trade is always considered to be. In recent years it has increased trade between Turkey and Iran. In this study, factors affecting Turkey's exports to Iran and Turkey's import from Iran have been investigated. The general results of this survey indicate that the factors affecting the amount of import of Turkey from Iran are more than those affecting the export of Turkey to Iran. The import of Turkey from Iran depends on per capita income of Turkey, the ratio of inflation of Turkey to Iran and the exchange rate of Turkish Lira to Iranian Rial. There is a positive relation between the amount of import of Turkey from Iran and per capita income of Turkey; the amount of import increases with increase of the per capita income.
