Özet
DKthKocarbamates are known for theKr wKde range of applKcatKons, such as beKng used as lKgands
Kn coordKnatKon chemKstry, fungKcKdes, pestKcKdes and herbKcKdes Kn agrKcultural chemKstry,
KnhKbKtors of varKous enzymes and showKng many dKfferent actKvKtKes.1,2 In addKtKon to these
applKcatKons, they are also effectKve KntermedKates Kn organKc synthesKs for the preparatKon of
compounds contaKnKng varKous functKonal groups such as thKoureas, KsothKocyanates, 1,3-
dKthKolanes, N,S-heterocyclKc compounds, cyanamKdes, protected aldehydes and amKdes.3
Alkynones are effectKve KntermedKates Kn synthetKc organKc chemKstry, whKch have been
successfully applKed for the synthesKs of substKtuted furans, pyrazoles, 1,5-benzodKazepKnes,
3-amKno-2-alkenones and other useful buKldKng blocks.4 In thKs study, new vKnyl
dKthKocarbamates (1b) were synthesKzed as a result of the reactKon of the propargyl ketones
(1a), 1,4-dKarylbut-3-yne-1-ones, wKth Kn sKtu prepared dKthKocarbamKc acKds Kn the presence of
a base.
