The poem, which has its original branches and artistic structure, has artistic forms and details like other arts. For this reason, the single or double (mesnevi) form of the poem hasn’t remained as before. Subsequently, some changes occurred in writing in the ode.

Poets mastered writing poetry in a number of verse forms, and as a result, changes occurred in poetry. These changes revealed beauties about writing couplets and quatrain and some likes some others did not. These known changes are poems called "musemmat".

In other words, "musemmat" is a special form that is known differently from the poetry we know and is based on certain principles. The musemmat and muhammes that reach us in the beginning are very few.

These muhammes were reproduced in the Ottoman century as known. Shia poets have used muhamses in ancient times and today. Secondly, the people of Sufism expressed the muhammes.

Poets who write with the poetic form of Muhammes, must adhere to the creative power of the centroid and principal ode and additional Şatır must also be in the strength of the original couplet and the power of eloquence.
