Objective: Acute pancreatitis;It can be defined as a clinical picture that occurs as a result of non_bacterial inflammation of the pancreas and may progress with pathological findings. For years, various studies have been conducted on the use of Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreotography and Endoscopic Sphincterotomy for therapeutic purpose in Acute Pancreatitis. In our study, we aimed to examine either the effectiveness of Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreotography and Endoscopic Sphincterotomy in patients with mild severity, and how the endoscopic procedure affects the course of the disease.
