Özet

The author Emrullah Dumlu, who deals with the hadith debates of Islamic jurists, makes a special analysis of K_ h_ abar al-Wahid. In the study, which first deals with the subject at the theoretical level, the Khabar theory is emphasized and the place of the Khabar in the Khabar category is determined, and then the historical background of the discussions is determined. After the theoretical part in which the main discussion areas are discussed, the effect of the discussions about the K_ _ h abar al-Wahid on the fiqh issues has been tried to be revealed with practical examples.
