Özet

Purpose: In the last 12 years, 33 patients have been diagnosed as skin leishmaniasis by histopathologically in Erzurum and most of them have been observed especially in recent years. We have decided to investigate the reasons for this increase in incidence since it has not been encountered in our region before. We aimed to investigate the environmental conditions and epidemiological characteristics of Leishmanisis based on these 33 cases that were diagnosed histopathologically but not diagnosed clinically and microbiologically.
