Özet

Banned gender discrimination has emerged first in EU in the framework of economic integration and in order to prevent unfair competition namely because of economic reasons. In the course of time, economic integration took place and with the start of progress towards political integration, the social dimension and the development of this concept began to gain importance. Court of Justice has important role in gaining importance of this concept.
