In this study, it was aimed to adapt the Perceived School Effectiveness Index (SE-Index) to Turkish. The index, which met the expected criteria in the trial application, was applied on a study group consisting of 516 teachers working in the central districts of the Erzurum province in the next stage, and the assessment of validity and reliability was carried out. At the end of the Exploratory Factor Analysis carried out to test the construct validity, it was observed that the scale was composed ofa unifactorial construct which explained 52.44% of the variance. The loading values of the items in the scale ranged between.629 and.772, and this construct was verified through DFA. The language equivalence coefficient of the scale was found to be 0.708, the test-retest reliability coefficient to be 0.84, and the Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient to be 0.86.
