Violence is a public problem facing all personnel who work in the field of health. Political and academic studies are underway to understand and solve this problem. In the studies, it is seen as an injustice done to the employees and to the workers to get efficiency from the personnel who do work with a sense of anxiety and to wait for them to act more responsibly against the patients. It is a fact that the issue of violence tends towards a legitimate ground, especially when it is considered that mass communication means are dealt with and legal sanctions are far from being sanctioned.
