This paper includes a reply to the comment suggested by Kahya [Emin Kahya, Comment on titled "An improvement on Fibonacci search method in optimization theory"]. Kahya claims that he proposes some corrections for some deficiencies of the paper [Murat Subasi, Necmettin Yildirim, Bunyamin Yildiz, An improvement on Fibonacci search method in optimization theory, Applied Mathematics and Computation 147 (2004) 893-901].
