Özet

Embryos of Hasanbey apricot cv, from Erzincan provinces were cultured on MS media containing 0.0, 0.1, 1.0, and 2.0 mg/l BA and 0.0 and 0.1 mg/l NAA with 15 day intervals starting from the 30(th) day after full blossoming. Germination percentages and embryo growth were determined.
