Özet

We report a case of pleuropulmonary blastoma in a child initially diagnosed with encysted pleural empyema. She was treated with combination chemotherapy including ifosf-amide. etoposide. vincristine. adriamycin. actinomycin-D. and cyclophosphamide after surgical excision.
