In metropolitan cities, traffic density, human errors, high energy consumption, etc. due to such problems, it is inevitable to use smart autonomous vehicles in urban development strategies. Therefore, autonomous vehicles in these cities need to move almost flawlessly by learning in advance with various artificial intelligence techniques. In this study, it is aimed to increase the most accurate estimation and cost performance by offering hybrid use with various image processing techniques. In order to observe the solution performance, it was compared with other deep learning techniques and the proposed method proved its success as a result of the experiments.
