Özet

Our country's Economics and Administrative Sciences faculties are the leading faculties in creating a sufficient workforce in many fields. So, it is significant to classify the degree of satisfaction and future concerns of the students studying here. Students and our country must make suggestions for maximizing students' satisfaction levels in their departments and minimizing their concerns about the future from the first year of their registration to the faculty. In this context, it is aimed to analyze first-grades studying at Atatürk University in the faculty of economic and administrative sciences to their department satisfaction and future concerns with ridit analysis. In line with the data obtained to the research's extent, descriptive statistics have been included and analysis has been performed. As a result of the study, it's been found that there's a meaningful difference between students' department satisfaction and future concerns (lack of employment, despair, Discrimination, inexperience, personal sufficiency).
