Özet
K x-ray relative intensities of Tm, Yb, Lu, Th, W, Re, Au, Hg, Tl, Pb, Bi, Th and U elements have been measured. The Co-57 radioisotope source was used for excitation of the elements and characteristic x-rays were counted with a Ge(Li) detector. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical results of Scofield's values. The intensity ratio values of Kbeta2'/Kbeta1' and Kbeta2'/Kalpha1 are plotted versus atomic number.
