Hydatid cyst is an important zoonotic parasitic disease caused by Echinococcus granulosus. The disease occurs most frequently in the liver, lung, and spleen, respectively. Bone involvement is extremely rare and its treatment is more difficult. In this study, we report a 57-year-old male patient with tumour-like destruction of the iliac wing and vertebrae due to Eccinococcus granulosis infection.
