In the process of teaching Turkish as a foreign language, applications developed with the
support of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and then artificial intelligence (AI) and
machine learning have come to a position to change the education and training processes in
unpredictable dimensions. Such applications have recently been used quite effectively as innovative
technological tools that transform both general teaching processes and language teaching, which is one
of the most important parts of teaching processes. Artificial intelligence and natural language
processing systems are used to identify students' learning needs and assess their language level.

Applications developed using artificial intelligence, augmented reality and virtual reality offer
powerful tools that make the language teaching process more effective and interactive. In second
language teaching, pronunciation skill is studied as an important component of the communication
dimension of language, especially with the popularization of the communicative approach, and
applications are made for its development. The main purpose of this study is to introduce some of the
artificial intelligence-supported applications that can be used to improve pronunciation skills and to
evaluate their usability.
