There are many fungal diseases observed in pre and post harvest in plants. Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria alternata are belong to these fungal diseases. For a long time fungicides are used to prevent these fungal diseases. Because fungicides have some negative effects on human and environmental health, cause resistance and give rise to the problem of residues in agricultural products, the use of environment-friendly biological preparations has gained importance. In this study; The effect of 3 different isolates (ET 4, ET 14 ve NT 1) of Trichoderma harzianum, and 9 different isolates of Bacillus megaterium (TV 3D), Bacillus substilis (TV 6F, TV 17C, CP 1), Paenibacillus polymxa (TV 12E), Bacillus cereus (TV 85D), Pseudomonas fluorescens (AR 9), Pantoea agglomerans (RK 79) and Pseudomonas fluorescens Biotip F (MF 3) were tested against 3 different isolates (ET 59, ET 62 ye ET 63) of B. cinerea and 1 isolate of A. alternata (ET 61) by dual culture method in in vitro conditions. According to the results of the study; the most effective fungal isolate was ET 4 against B. cinerea (85.73%) and A. alternata (70.47%). The percentage inhibition rate of T. harzianum isolates against B. cinerea is determined to be higher compared with A. alternata in in vitro conditions. The antagonistic effect of bioagent bacteria has been shown at different levels, too. The most effective bacterial isolates were TV 6F (95.24%) for ET 59, TV 85D for ET 61 (64.29%), ET 62 (80.36%) and ET 63 (71.43%). It will be planned to these quite promising bioagents bacteria and fungi and their formulations tested on fruits in storage conditions, too.
