Özet

Objective: In this study, investigating the effects of inhibition of the enzyme activity of some antitumor drugs and the Cancer-Related Human Carbonic Anhydrase IX (hCA IX) isoenzyme expressing as a SUMO fusion protein in an Escherichia coli expression system were aimed.
